Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverysupport@yourkraftinkuzinz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages Your Kraftin Kuzinz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed, as we begin processing immediately.
